In addition, you can upgrade your TLP Support Points to include a guaranteed response time within either 4 hours or 8 hours.
TLP SUPPORT POINTS – Only pay for what you use.
When you invest in TLP Support Points you only purchase the amount that fits with your budget and use them as and when you need the IT help.
You receive exactly the same high quality service, delivered by our experienced IT engineers.
Points represent a lower labour price per hour than ad-hoc support.
The price of the points decreases the more you purchase.
TLP Support Points are affordable and scalable.
Whether you have 2 staff or 100, you will find TLP Support Points provides the help you need for your IT requirements, whilst allowing your IT spend to grow in line with your business.
Prices start at £275.00 + vat for 10 TLP Support Points
4 points = 1st hour and call out charge. 1 point per half hour thereafter.
1 point per half hour for telephone or remote support.
